JUNE 01, 2020:
We are OPEN. Our working hours are 6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
The priority for endoscopy procedures will be given to urgent, semi-urgent, FIT positive patients and symptomatic patients.
All consults and follow ups will be done virtually to minimize the number of patients within the centre at any given time.
Patients for screening/prevention colonoscopies will be assessed virtually. The procedures will be booked at a later stage since the priority at this point will be given to urgent, semi-urgent, FIT positive patients and symptomatic patients.
All patients are required to have a ride home after their procedure. We ask that patients coming into the centre for procedures come in alone and wear a face mask. Please bring the name and phone number of your driver with you and our staff will contact them when you are ready to be picked up.
All patients and staff must wear a face mask at all times. We have a universal mask policy in place.
There are physical distancing measures in place throughout the centre.
There are hand washing stations available in the waiting room as well as throughout the centre. We encourage you to wash your hands upon arrival and you will be instructed to do so throughout your visit to our centre.
Upon arrival for your procedure you will be screened for COVID-19 and you will have your temperature checked via a touch free thermometer.
If you are booked for a procedure and you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including, cough, fever, runny nose, shortness of breath, etc. Please contact our office immediately to reschedule your procedure.
